Fair/Good. What appears to be a first edition of Aunt Jane's Nieces by Edith Van Dyne (an alias of L. Frank Baum). The book has some significant tearing at the joints of the boards and the spine. Tearing along edges, major tearing of the cloth over the boards at the spine, some minor staining to various places where the tearing is signficant. Scuffs on the boards, fading of the title on the spine, some staining to the page edges, and general wear, inner pages seem mostly untouched excepting a few tears along book edges otherwise good. Condition is fair to good, but we believe this be a true first edition.
