Oversized pamphlet style picture book (staple binding, with minor stains there on the spine where the staples are). Major wear and tear to edges, some corners curled, and a major tear across the front cover with previous owner's tape added to hold it together. Tear near foot edge further down that afects some of the cover text. Some staining and spotting to the covers and pages too. Previous owners' blue ink marks on the back cover on the pig's head. Otherwise, inside the book is nearly untouched except wear from use. GOOD.
